Plates Issue No.01 - New Territories is an ode to those who refuse to stand still, who push beyond the familiar, redefining what is possible in their own lives. Appropriately, this issue of Plates takes us East, West, North, and South and features 8 carefully curated interviews, all in the intersection between food culture, creativity, and global inspiration.
A special section is dedicated to Noma. Much has been said and written about the institution that is, but as a culinary pioneer very few have created a multicultural organization cultivated by inspiration from travel and global exploration that can match.
